UNC-Chapel Hill computing history, http://www.ibiblio.org/comphist/
The purpose of this site is to gather information and memories that record the history of computing on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus.
There is a team of about 20 people interested in the project. So far I've put in almost all the content. I'd like to publicize the site soon to get people to register and add their photos and memories and other memorabilia. The content is still small enough that I could reorganize or redo it. For example, some things I scanned as jpg and put in Images, while some I scanned as .pdf (so viewers can increase the size) and those are attachments to pages.
The 50th anniversary of the UNC Computation Center is coming up -- the Univac 1105 was installed in August 1959 and the Computation Center was dedicated in March 1960. See http://www.ibiblio.org/comphist/image/tid/13 and dedication.pdf attached to http://www.ibiblio.org/comphist/history
