Should we include the Idealware "Field Guide" in the conference?

Idealware has just announced "Field Guide to Software for Nonprofits: Fundraising, Communications and Outreach".

Their announcement said, "It's available for licensing and customization for very attractive rates. View more info about group licensing http://www.idealware.org/field_guide_2010.php

This may be something we want to consider including in the registration for the conference -- either bundled, as an add on, or with copies for sale at the event.

I've ordered a copy for those who want to review before making a decision.

Thanks for ordering a copy of the book.

We'll have a few tables for sponsors. We might want to invite Idealware to be a sponsor and promote the book themselves.

I've also been thinking that NTEN and NetSquared might want to be sponsors. NTEN also has a book. We should allocate one sponsor table to ourselves that we can use for promoting PINInc, NCTech4Good, and we could include NTEN and NetSquared materials all on one table. And Idealware, if they want to be a sponsor but don't need their own table.
