The purpose of this group is to develop an ongoing project for NCTech4Good volunteers to act as liaison between nonprofits and volunteers, identifying and defining specific projects, adding them to Volunteer Solutions, finding volunteers to do the work, providing training with training materials, documenting what was done, project status, and evaluations at completion. Each project will need documentation/PR people as well as Tech people.
We can also use forums to discuss specific topics and develop documentation and training materials in the Resources section. Let me know what forums and Resource sections would be helpful and I'll create them -- send email to hallman at email.unc.edu.
Group posts are added to this page, blog style and emailed to members of the group.
